E-invoicing – technical specification
To ensure timely payments please secure required data is provided in the correct Ksef fields in orange:

Important:
Please make sure you Purchase Order is inserted in the dedicated field "NrZamowiania". This field should contain number only (no worlds, no special characters).
If you invoice has multiple lines, please make sure each line refers to a relevant PO/PO line as well (on top of the "NrZamowienia"). You can use additional line level information (Opis) for each line. Otherwise, PO is detached from Quantity/Price/Description and blocks invoice processing.

3. Delivery documents – WZ (wydanie na zewnatrz):
