Please issue the invoice in accordance with the terms of the contract after Mars has confirmed the acceptance of the goods or services.
请依据合同的约定，在玛氏公司确认货物或服务验收完成后开具发票;

Invoice Receiving Methods
发票接收方式

a. For electronic invoices, please send invoice files to the following generic mailbox: Mars.APInvoice.CN@effem.com (For invoice receiving only).No need to print and delivery paper version again.
对于电子发票和数电票，请在开具后将发票文件发送到应付账款组公邮
Mars.APInvoice.CN@effem.com（此邮箱仅供发票接收）。无需打印邮寄。
- Acceptable electronic invoice formats are PDF/XML/OFD. Please send files as separate attachments, do not compress files.
- 可接收的电子发票格式为PDF/XML/OFD，以附件形式发送，请勿进行压缩打包；
- Please include the key words“E-invoice" and supplier name in the subject of email.
- 邮件主题请体现“电子发票”及供应商名称字样

b. For paper invoices, please send them to the following address：

• For Ariba orders (invoices starting with 490/470), please upload the invoice to the Ariba system in a timely manner and submit the invoice to the designated receiving email or address as required.
