Only submit your invoice once. Submitting an invoice multiple times or via multiple Mars channels will lead to delays in invoice processing and payment.
Each invoice must reference a single/Multiple valid purchase order number provided by Mars (orders are ten digits long and begin with {order}) and a Mars contact name.
Invoices and supporting documentations are accepted in PDF/TIF/TIFF format. Each attachment must contain only one invoice along with any supporting documentation. The size of the email cannot exceed 10MB.
When submitting an invoice through email, multiple attachments can be included in one e-mail and the overall e-mail size cannot exceed 10MB.
Invoices must be dated the same day they are sent.
The soft copy submitted through Ariba must be the same as paper invoice, different invoices should be submitted one by one separately.
e.g., There are 3 invoices (#A, #B, #C), you are required to upload these 3 invoices by 3 times and the invoice# in Ariba should be entered with #A / #B / #C.
